Introduction·Legal Basis 

National Association of Mayors of Korea(N.A.M.K.) is an organisation that consists of the elected mayors who represent each local governments in lower level(named in Korean as “Si”{city}, or“Gun”{county}, or “Gu”{autonomous district in a metropolitan city}) in Republic of Korea.

N.A.M.K. has been legally based on the Local Autonomy Law of Korea(Article 165) and its enforcement ordinance(Article 102), and also has an articles of association as its bylaw.
